Role Overview

Join our FP&A department as an intern who is highly motivated and has a keen eye for detail. As an intern in our FP&A team at Kantar, you will play a vital role in contributing to financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities, which are crucial for supporting the company's decision-making process.

Role Description

As an FP&A Intern, you will play a crucial role in the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the FP&A team in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Supporting the preparation of reporting, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy.
- Analyzing journal entries, management accounts, and variance analysis.
- Conducting financial modeling and preparing ad-hoc reports.
- Working closely with the FP&A team to discover areas for enhancement and actively supporting their execution.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives, such as processes mapping and reshaping.

Role Requirements & Capabilities

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of Power Query. Power BI awareness is a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- High accuracy in handling financial and statistical data.
- Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
