- Identificação e correção de incidentes operacionais;
- Acompanhamento dos coordenadores e supervisores das equipas;
- Acompanhamento de projetos;
- Responsável por garantir tipificações e SLA’s corretos no ITSM;
- Controlo do backlog;
- Análise de indicadores operacionais;
- Implementação de novas operações, avaliação de riscos e rentabilidade de operações no terreno;
- Apoio na resposta a RFP’s e propostas;
- Implementação de ações de melhoria contínua;
- Elaboração de reports.
