stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.

**Location**:

- Ovar
- , Portugal

Based in Ovar, Portugal, you will check requisitions lists, submit purchase orders and actively follow-up the supply chain flow to ensure delivery lead times.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Check list of requisitions for materials and timely place purchase orders according to centrally outlined category strategy, supplier selection and pricing
- Liaise with Transport Planners and provide the necessary information to organize transports
- Actively follow-up the supply chain flow and scheduled deliveries to assure lead times (key point)
- Anticipate or delay purchase orders based on priorities and planning revisions
- Internally report constraints to adjust planning and submit supplier complaints
- Maintain a close relation with suppliers and provide inputs on supplier performance (delivery, quality, etc.) to central category managers for regular supplier evaluation
- Solve potential invoice blocks due to quantity or price discrepancies

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Material Management similar role
- Solid English language skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate / Expert level MS Excel user
- Experiente ERP user (SAP is a plus)
- Proactive, autonomous, able to act in a fast-moving environment
