- As part of our Offline Operations team, you will steer Emma's production planning to reach optimal stock levels.
- You will create and maintain production schedules to meet retailer's demand and optimize resource utilization.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans and sales forecasts.
- You will analyze historical data and market trends to make data-driven decisions for production planning.
- You will adjust production plans as needed in response to changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
- You will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve production planning effectiveness.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in operations management, business administration, engineering or a related field.
- You have practical experience in production planning, operational planning or supply chain management.
- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- You are highly structured, with a strong organizational talent.
- You are attracted by new projects and challenges.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
