A Adecco seleciona Customer Care Representative (M/F) German Speaker, para nosso cliente, situado em Moscavide.

**Descrição/Funções**:
The company is building a new project with the aim of reaching holiday home owners and property management companies in order to reach different international markets (eg Spain, France, Italy, UK and Germany).

This service will be focused on explaining the project to the client and realizing their interest, through clarifications, presentation of solutions, among others.

**Requisitos**:

- Fluency in English and in German (mandatory);
- Previous experience in contact centre;
- 12 years of schooling (minimum);
- Proactivity;
- Strong orientation towards objectives;
- Proactivity;
- Resilience to adversity and capacity to overcome;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal relationships;
**Oferece-se**:

- Base Salar: 1 000 € + Language Allownace + 500 € + Food Allowance: 7,00 € /per day
- Variable performance bonus;
- Working hours: 08H-17H; / Monday to Friday;
- Outsourcing employment contract for14 August and will end in December 2023
