**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:
Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will join a growing and cross-functional product development team for Electrical Solutions, the new and improved heating solutions for a sustainable future, Heat Pumps. With your contribution as Product Owner electric, you make sure that the developed solutions and modules are reusable in most of our portfolio. For that you will:

- Responsible for the end to end development of our solutions: from the idea, to the concept, development and maintenance. You will develop these solutions together with the appliance teams, the architects, and the development team;
- Elaborate modular concepts, extract requirements from the different teams and come out with a proposal which fit most of the appliances where the solution needs to be used;
- Act as the interface between the electric development, production, purchasing and appliance teams. You will communicate with development teams and stakeholders, including top management;
- Responsible to bring the product into the market according to requested cost, time and quality. As well as following the established project process in Home Comfort for product and module development;
- Integrate an international and cross functional agile team, which always wants to improve.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**: degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar;
- ** Experience and know-how**: experience in product development with focus on the development of electrical solutions, preferably in the field of HVAC;
- ** Know-how**:good knowledge of electrical engineering and EMC. Knowledge in project management is an advantage;
- ** Personality**: good communication, collaborative and interested in team work, well organized, proactive, decision driven and target oriented;
- ** Way of working**: pragmatic and analytical approach, solutions oriented, able to simplify complex topics and focus on continuous improvement and learnings;
- ** Language skills**:fluent in English.
