**Vos missions**:
Devenir Cash Collector Agent

La magie opérera si vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation. Au sein du département Finance, vous prendrez en main la gestion du risque client et l’optimisation du délai de paiement de ces derniers.

**Au programme **
- Surveiller les comptes pour identifier les dettes impayées.
- Trouver et contacter des clients pour leur demander leurs paiements en retard.
- Prendre des mesures pour encourager les paiements de dette en temps opportun.
- Enquêter sur les données historiques pour chaque dette ou facture.
- Traiter les questions, les paiements et les remboursements.
- Résoudre les problèmes de facturation et de crédit client.
- Mettre à jour les enregistrements de statut de compte et les efforts de collecte.
- Rapport sur l'activité de recouvrement et l'état des comptes débiteurs.
- Gardez une trace des comptes attribués pour identifier les dettes impayées.
- Négocier avec les débiteurs si possible pour éviter de futurs problèmes.

Un Cash Collector devra faire preuve d’empathie envers les clients, en restant persévérant et tout en étant attaché à ses objectifs.

**Vous aurez la chance de réussir ce défi, si**:

- Vous disposez d’excellentes compétences en négociation et en relations humaines
- Des connaissances des procédures de facturation et des techniques de recouvrement
- Si vous êtes habile et persuasif
- Capable d’être poli et compatissant sans manquer de confiance en soi
- Patient, avec une grande capacité à gérer le stress
- Expérience significative en tant que Negotiateur (minimum 2 ans)
- Anglais professionnel, lu, parlé et écrit
