We are looking for a CoPacking Production Planner to join our Demand & Supply Planning NiM team. Your main mission will be to build master production plans for copacking, respecting the agreed level of capacity to ensure that finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost (optimize service at the best E2E cost). Be the market key advisor end-to-end expert on CoPacking matters, giving key guidelines for process, master data definition, timings & risks or considerations for new launches & switches, potential physical or process optimization, ensuring standards and compliance is followed.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COPACKING PRODUCTION PLANNER**
- Chilled product (daily) - Based on customers orders for deliveries in D+2, calculate copacking quantities to produce, generate PO Purchase Order and component Delivery;
- Shelf-stable products (weekly) - Build the copacker 18 months plan considering the stock requirements as well as the capacity of the copacker, components & packing availability;
- Signalizes and effectively address all potential capacity issues in proper advance, providing information on labour requirements;
- Coordinate “DOR Daily Operations Review” involving CoPacker (3P) and Warehouse colleague;
- Define contingency plans and escalate showstoppers, evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions, give visibility of the risks & alert of delays/impact on product availability.

**ON-GOING**
- Establishes Committed Capacity, including timing proposals for copacker shutdowns, investments etc.;
- Identifies possible improvements opportunities in collaboration with the CoPackers, Marketing and Physical Logistics, balancing cost, flexibility and reliability;
- Coordinates AVC Annual Volume Consolidation and be key contact for Procurement, Marketing and CoPacker.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Management or related fields;
- Experience across roles in Production and/or Supply Chain;
- Fluency in English, verbal and written;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Analytical skills and an eye for detail;
- Ability to set priorities and highly proactive;
- Strong team player.
