You support our team as

HR Generalist German Speaker - Freudenberg Chemical Specialities SSC (f/m/d)

**Responsibilities**:
Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services processes and tools on a local and European level for the entire “Employee Life Cycle”

Handling general and more complex inquiries & support through ticket service system or via phone (if required)

HR Database management (Workday) - can be trained in detail

Job postings on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)

Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.), organization of interviews

Preparation of On-boarding plans and of Off-boarding documents

Issue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for Germany

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields

1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles

Fluent in German (mandatory) and in English. An additional language (French, Spanish or Italian) would be of significant benefit
