Factory Controller

As Factory Controller, you will play a key role in all areas of the site's local Management team, including strategy, business plans and continuous improvement.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a Financial Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to the local management team, manage the full P&L and BS for the Sourcing Unite and drive the performance of the site by ensuring delivery of cost targets.
Next to local Finance reporting, you'll liaise with all global financial streams for shared services and support central costing team on costing process.
- Manage capital expenditure, annual budget, and reporting.
- Manage Fixed Asset Registry and Assets under Construction.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and complete financial analysis supporting capital investments or other ad-hoc business cases.
- Ensure that procedures are set up and operating according to group policies.
- Have ownership of statutory accounts and processes, including audits, compliance, and intrastate.
- Liaise with Tax Authorities and external consultants to file and pay taxes.

**So, what does it take to be successful in this role?**:

- Bachelor / Master degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- 8-10 years financial/business controlling
- Experience of Transfer Pricing business model.
- The capability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
