Content Manager

MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a Content Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Definition and creation of websites in the area of customer service;
- Editing and checking the content of the website, including text, images and videos;
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the different business areas and integrate feedback from different perspectives with the goal of creating an aligned, user-centric customer experience;
- Precise and timely communication of any problems or delays within the company, including the presentation of possible solutions;
- Close cooperation with designers, usability experts and developers inside and outside the team;
- Efficient processing of simple, large-volume tasks, e.g. filling in the language versions of already created websites in French, Italian and English.
**What we look for?**
- 3 years of experience as a content manager in a big company;
- Passionate about storytelling and writing texts with experience of creating digital content;
- Knowledge of online content management systems (preferably Storyblok);
- Experience in dealing with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFE model, etc.);
- Experience in dealing with systems for error management (ticketing) and project management (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Octane, MS Teams, Trello, etc.);
- Flexibility to deal with changes in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German - mandatory.
