O **Grupo Constant** encontra-se em processo de recrutamento para City Manager (M/F).

**Descrição**:

- Pequenas reparações (lâmpadas, portas, gavetas, sanitas...);
- Sistemas elétricos de iluminação, aquecimento, ar condicionado, detectores de fumo (se tiver experiência ótimo, não obrigatório);
- Responsável pelas chaves das áreas comuns do edifício;
- Tarefas de inspeção de máquinas e instalações;
- Organizar e controlar stock;
- Coordenação com fornecedores;
**Requisitos**:

- É uma vantagem falar inglês, espanhol ou ambos (não obrigatório);
- Experiência em manutenção de hotéis de pequeno ou grande porte (não obrigatório);
- Experiência em pequenos reparos no dia a dia;
- Conhecimentos básicos de manutenção preventiva;
- Disponibilidade para realizar guardas (serviço fora horário laboral remunerado);
- Meia jornada (entre 4 a 6 horas diarias);
**O cliente providencia ferramentas/material necessário.**
