We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team

What do you do in a day?
- Contact customers, if necessary, in order to obtain information to carry out customs clearance of the goods.
- Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role.
- Assist team leaders and employees with routine department tasks.

What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) - preferred
- 12th year course - preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Results orientation

- Working hours: 14:00-18:00, Monday to Friday
