**Your Main Activities Are**

As a Business Management trainee, your mission will consist in supporting the other Business Managers in some of their current tasks such as:

- Manipulating and formatting the data in order to create reports, as well as maintain current reports
- Maintaining accurate Client Contribution and PnL figures
- Be responsible for creating/collating presentations for the Top Management committees;
- Permission owner of some Global Markets systems
- Managing trading mandates and amending portfolios
- Processing headcount files and creating organizational charts and joiner/leaver overviews

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Undergraduate / Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics or Finance
- Perfect fluency in English
- Good Excel skills, with an analytical mind-set
- Ability to listen and receive feedback
- Clearly exhibited problem-solving skills
- Very strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to manage time accordingly
- Autonomous, multi-tasking, fast-learner
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
