**ABOUT US**:
***Role Overview**:
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our data capabilities, enhancing our understanding of customer behaviours, and driving personalized experiences. Your work will involve transforming complex datasets into scalable, robust solutions. You will leverage your deep knowledge in both contemporary and traditional modelling techniques to revamp our existing customer models, which currently utilize tools like Random Forests, and build a state-of-the-art recommendation system from the ground up. Your proficiency in Python and familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow will be instrumental in automating and optimizing our data processes.

**WHAT IS THE CHALLANGE?**
- Design and implement innovative data models and algorithms to improve customer insights and drive business outcomes.
- Lead the redevelopment of our legacy customer models, integrating modern methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive, end-to-end recommendation system that personalizes user experiences and maximizes engagement.
- Utilize Python for all data science tasks, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Employ tools like Airflow for effective data workflow management, automating data processes for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, share insights, and implement solutions that support strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS...**
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record of developing and implementing data models and algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect) and understanding of ETL processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with tabular data, with a keen eye for extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- English proficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing data challenges.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
