**We are looking for**:
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.
Join us in one of our 3 service centers: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok and be part of this transformation journey from the start.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled PMO Lead to be responsible to set-up and continuously manage the Program Management Office in GBS. Develops tools and practices to support project efforts. Additionally, he/she may support mentoring, training, and certification activities for project managers within its area of responsibility. He/She will guide and monitor the activities of projects or multiple related projects or programs; develop project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. In addition, he/she may be responsible for E2E managing a project / program to develop a process, product, technology, system, solutions, or services: from Initiation to Closure.

- PMO:

- Defines and applies project management methodology, best practices and standards
- Monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk
- Provides a consultative role to projects and or programs by supplying templates, best
- practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects
- Provides project / program management with regular performance status, variances to plan
- and identification of areas for corrective actions
- Monitors compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates
- Project Management:

- Formulates the E2E Transformation project plan, in accordance with the goals and timing, set
- by management; specifies the manning of the project, resources required, anticipated costs,
- risk assessment and quality standards to be used.
- Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to
- feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and
- generates adequate reporting.
- Leads the E2E Transformation project, within the project budget and program strategy, in
- terms of quality, money, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and
- managing external resources.

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree.
- Proven experience of minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in mid to large scale
- Project or program management experience
- PMP certified would be a plus
- Scrum Master certified would be a plus
- Technical expertise in areas within GBS preferred
- Excellent PMO and project management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft, Google)
- Ability to connect people and connect with people
- Good communication
- Proactive with a high level of initiative and autonomy in the day to day organization
- Jira tool knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
