We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
You will be supporting German-speaking clients of a Japanese multinational video game company headquartered in Kyoto, Japan. It develops, publishes and releases both video games and video game consoles..

**Your tasks**:

- Professional service in technical support (use of products, installation and synchronization of software and devices, etc.);
- Effective assistance and advice when clients are purchasing products

**You only need**:

- Fluency in German (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2) are required.
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
- Be courageous and seize this opportunity
