**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
Find your place at **Amaris Consulting** as a **QA Tester **for one of our main partners, for a **hybrid position** based **in Oporto.**
In Amaris, we are currently increasing our team. Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and agile Environment, where you will be able to fulfill your careers expectations in an fast-growing company with a dynamic environment.
*** WHAT WILL YOU DO? ***
- Create comprehensive **test strategies** and test plans to ensure thorough **testing of software products.**:
- **Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases** to identify and report software defects.
- **Provide support for UAT resources and activities**, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction.
- **Participate in estimating test efforts** and identifying potential risks to project timelines and quality.
- **Review and analyze test results** to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- **Prepare detailed test status reports** and issues status reports to communicate the quality of software products.
**✍️** WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️**
- **At least 4 years’ experience** in the field.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively **collaborate with cross-functional teams** and stakeholders.
- **Detail-oriented and proactive mindset to identify and address software defects** and **quality issues.**:
- Experience **with JIRA-XRAY** and/or Octane for test management and defect tracking.
- Experience in API testing using tools such as **SoapUI and/or Postman**.
*** NICE TO HAVE ***
- Fluency in French
- Familiarity with **SQL Developer for database testing and validation**.
