TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

Key Harness Maker account responsability having business across Europe.
He/she will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects with the customers, including managing offers, project contracts and quotations, analysing Bill of Materials (BOM) and following up on current opportunities or projects. Responsible for developing and executing the account strategy and plan, customer relationship management as well as promotion activities associated with the account/s

**Key responsabilities**:

- Develop and execute customer strategic account growth plan/s in line with the TE business strategy and product roadmap to ensure revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction of the assigned accounts
- Prepare budgets and forecast vs actual performance reporting on won projects.
- Collect, update, analyse BOMs from customer and create TERP projects on SFDC. Perform Capacity Check requests
- Establish deep customer Relationship with responsible customer plants and Advance purchasing buyers through regular F2F meetings
- Identify and understand current and future customer needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services, and solutions to the customer. Promote TE, TE technologies and product portfolio with the customer and drive projects via relevant Sales Engineers.
- Proactively address open customer issues, including quality issues, until appropriate closure.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal TE stakeholders (including OEM Sales team, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain) to share relevant information about the customer.
- Proactively collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that financial matters, including cash flow payments, credit concessions and account receivables on current billings are managed and closed appropriately.
- Develops in-depth understanding of competitor tactics at key customer and their markets. Is able to leverage competitive knowledge for strategic decision-making and selling the full TE product basket.
- Track, Update and complete eRFQs for customer on ensure complete documentation of quotes and timely submission.
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to support logistics issues, Credit/Debit note creation etc.

**Background**:
**Background Required**:

- University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred) or business administration degree.
- Previous experience in sales, including account planning and relationship management.
- A good understanding on TE technologies and Automotive product portfolio.
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in written and verbal English Language. Knowing French is an added advantage
- Good communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with business plans.
