We are currently looking for a **Finance Internal Control Analyst** for our **Finance Business Unit**, based in **Porto**.

**YOUR FUTURE MISSION in the FINANCE BUSINESS UNIT**

Within the French and Corporate Finance perimeters, you contribute to the design and continuous enhancement of the second line of defense internal control framework, in compliance with regulations and BNP Paribas Group requirements:

- You participate in optimizing the financial risks management through the design, assessment and enhancement of a relevant second line of defense control framework, especially over the accounting and the financial assets scopes;
- You take part in the drawing up, optimization and monitoring of the internal control framework of BNP Paribas Cardif’s Business Units by sharing your reviews, findings and recommendations;
- You perform “check & challenge” over historical incidents reported and managed by the OPC (Operational Permanent Controller) of the first line of defense;
- You perform “check & challenge” over external and internal auditors recommendations’ follow up provided by the OPC;
In addition to your internal control tasks:

- You participate in the production of quality summaries on the internal control framework and the residual risks of the quarterly financial statements reported to the BNP Paribas Group, respecting the deadlines set and the requested format;
- You contribute to the implementation and effective deployment of procedures applicable to the Business;
- You take part in the monitoring of projects having an impact on the tools and processes of the operational teams.
- You contribute to improve the efficiency and quality of activities.
**AS OUR NEW FINANCE INTERNAL CONTROL ANALYST, YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in any business school;
- Previous experience in accounting internal control, and/or external audit, and/or accounting expert, preferably in insurance business area (3 years at least);
- Fluency in English. Some fluency in French is required (oral comprehension in a professional environment);
- Previous exposure to IFRS norms and/or Solvency 2 would be a plus
