Role and Responsibilities:
As Head of Maintenance (M/F), you will report to the Hotel Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the coordination, execution and supervision of the team and the corrective, preventive and energy control maintenance service, ensuring effective technical management and the preservation of infrastructure of the hotel in the different areas according to the defined procedures in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the unit and provide a quality service that exceeds the customer's expectations.

- Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels (preferred)
- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, electromechanics, HVAC, sound and video
- Minimum 12th year of schooling and/or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred)
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English (preferred)
