A unidade da Bosch em Ovar pertence à divisão de Tecnologias de Edifícios e está focada no desenvolvimento e produção para o mercado de soluções que moldarão as cidades inteligentes do futuro. A empresa desenvolve e produz soluções inovadoras para sistemas de segurança e comunicação, alarmes contra incêndios, displays eletrónicos, cortadores de relva robóticos e componentes de E-bike. Com cerca de 1.200 colaboradores, o seu sucesso está na equipa altamente especializada e inovadora e no know-how tecnológico.

Descrição do emprego
**O teu contributo para algo maior**:

- Supervisionar Equipas operacionais multi-disciplinares em diferentes áreas da Logística: Receção, Alocação, Reposição, Repacking, Milk Run e Expedição.
- Controla os diferentes armazéns de Matéria Prima (volumosos/materiais para as linhas de montagem e componentes eletrónicos), Químicos e Produto Acabado.
- Realiza o Point Cip diário. Atualiza os KPIs diários e controla a rejeição.
- Garante que todo o Fluxo Logístico de Matérias Primas e Produto Acabado acontece de acordo com os Standards criados, faz Confirmações de Processos, garante os 5Ss e mantém o TPM.
- Define e Controla a matriz de formação dos colaboradores, dá formação a novos membros da equipa. Controla o absentismo e aloca capacidade de acordo com as necessidades.
- Cria projetos de System CIP e Implementa atividades de melhoria.

Qualificações
**O que te diferencia**:

- 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência;
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência em gestão de projetos;
- Experiência em SAP;
