Are you proficient in the data production industry, with strong analytic skills and experience in managing teams? Good news 1WorldSync is looking for a **Production Manager** to join our team at one of our office locations or remotely.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 700 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Production Manager to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Director of Production, the **Production Manager** will play a key role in our production organisation, establishing high-performing teams, growing the team culture, maintaining a high standard for content solutions, ensuring documentation and training are of the highest standard, and working closely with contractors.
As **Production Manager **at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Defining production KPIs and reporting on them in order to monitor performance- Managing large (often remote) teams, growing the culture and behaviours- Drive for continuous improvement by providing feedback and encouraging others to give feedback- Learning the different production processes in order to support teams- Working closely with various contractors to ensure that quality, productivity and support are delivered- Recruitment of team leads and analysts across teams
- Other duties as assigned
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience- 2+ years of experience of manager experience- 2+ years of working with data- Experience documenting and training teams- Languages: English + another EU language
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Experience in strong communication and collaboration skills- Experience with reporting, reading and presenting complex reports- Database experience, SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills- Exceptional oral and written communication skills- Inquisitive with excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to think independently, evaluate situations and make decisions- Project management, progress, troubleshooting issues, and providing status reports to stakeholders- Ability to work in a high-pressure, evolving environment and determine priorities

**Additional Details**:
