Be part of a reputed multinational Group from the Hospitality / Tourism Sector, assuming the role of In-house Lawyer.
You will play an important role with a general impact on several areas of the
company.
Tasks
- You will be responsible to guaranty the group is following the business in compliance with all national and international laws and professional and internal standards defined by the company.
- You will also handle all Litigations / Court Cases and any related legal processes.
- You will maintain and manage a legal diary and contracts database, assist with preparation and distribution of internal reports, and review all legal invoices.
- Member of Portuguese Lawyer Bar Association.
**Requirements**:
- You must have at least 5 years of experience, preferably inside a Legal department.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory and with residence in Algarve.
