As an integrated body-in-white specialist, the company offers both project business including plant engineering, tooling and prototyping as well as volume production of body components from a single source. By utilizing the extensive synergies between these areas, Automotive Body Solutions is the leading contact partner for all aspects of the auto body.
**Your responsibilities**:
You will report to the People Business Manager and provide support with
- Managing office management duties including mailing, supplies, inventory, equipment, errands, and administrative matters;
- Support in maintaining the personal records, other mandatory administration
- Support the monthly payroll input submission and payment, time and attendance
- Support the monthly audit processes from HR perspective
**Your profile**:
- High School Diploma with experience OR Bachelor in HR or similar
- Accountable and resilient
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
