A Coloplast, empresa multinacional da área da saúde, presente a nível global, encontra-se neste momento a recrutar um Accountant Specialist com uma forte componente organizativa e responsabilidade, capacidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas, que será um apoio na área contabilística.

Terá oportunidade de trabalhar numa empresa com grandes ambições. Integrado na equipa financeira e a reportar ao Finance Manager, este profissional deverá ter as seguintes características:
Principais áreas de responsabilidade

Validação e Classificação de Documentos (Conta a Pagar, Bancos, Despesas e Provisões);
Preparação e Organização do arquivo contabilístico;
Suporte ao Responsável Financeiro nos processos de encerramento de mês/trimestre e anual;
Preparação/Validação de declarações fiscais (IRC, IES, IVA, DMR, SS, FCT/FGCT e Retenções na Fonte, entre outras);
Preparação e submissão de outras declarações fiscais (INE e Banco de Portugal);
Preparação e submissão dos reportes ao Infarmed (Taxa e Portal da Transparência);
Gestão da relação bancos, auditorias externas e fisco, em coordenação com o Responsável Financeiro;
Apoio à equipa de cobranças, para tentar desbloquear situações de dívidas em atraso, bem como revisão de condições de venda;
Apoio à equipa de apoio ao cliente para resolução de dúvidas e resolução de problemas de faturação;
Participação em projetos corporativos para melhorias do software de Gestão, bem como de outros softwares usados na empresa.

Qualificações necessárias

Conhecimentos de NCRFs;
Conhecimentos de IFRS;
Nível Intermédio de Inglês;
Excelentes capacidades de Comunicação e Organização;
Contabilista Certificado registado na OCC (não obrigatório);
Conhecimentos de JD Edwards (não obrigatório).

Atenção aos pormenores e com capacidade em documentar todo o seu trabalho;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e proatividade;
Capacidade de escuta ativa;
Domínio de informática na (conhecimentos de Excel é obrigatório);
Pensamento crítico e capacidade para resolver problemas;
Capacidade de trabalhar bem em equipas multifuncionais, ser independente, mas também saber trabalhar em equipa;
Ter gosto em trabalhar de forma próxima com colegas de outros países, nomeadamente do nosso shared service, localizado na Polónia.
