**ERP Business Consultant**

Izzdone Consulting, is looking for you if you are

Passionate about consulting, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated and conscientious. You’d have high standards and be described as courteous, mature and a relaxed team player.

You’ll likely be travelling throughout several continents to provide onsite support to our clients. Oh and you must be based in Lisbon, Portugal because we are a people’s company and we do like you to come to our office and be with the team on a regular basis.

**Responsabilidades da função**:
1. Integrar e participar ativamente em projetos de consultoria realizando tarefas de análise de processos de negocio.

2. Realizar configuração do sistema segundo o processo de negócio.

3. Realizar testes e acompanhar os utilizadores nos testes individuais e de integração do sistema.

4. Acompanhar os utilizadores na validação das solução implementadas.

5. Realizar formação a utilizadores.

6. Fazer modificações de especificações funcionais.

7. Gerir responsávelmente, e de acordo com a sua esfera de atuação, as relações diárias com o cliente.

8. Colaboração no desenvolvimento de iniciativas e ofertas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento da

prática de consultoria.

9. Realização de documentação técnica.

**Rotinas periódicas na função**

1. Suporte a clientes e a utilizadores diário

2. Suporte das aplicações internas

3. Manter atualizada a documentação técnica.

4. Informar com frequência diária do estado de las tarefas.

**Competências necessárias**:
1. Formação base ao nível de Licenciatura (Economia, Gestão, Engenharia, Informática de Gestão, Gestão Industrial ou similares);
2. Conhecimentos de línguas Inglês, Português, Espanhol

3. Trabalho em equipa

4. Bons conhecimentos de processos empresariais.

5. Gestão de Projetos.

6. Capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita.

7. Vontade para aprender constantemente.

8. Pensamento lógico.
