Founded at the end of 2023, Airnest is a dynamic property management company based in Lisbon. Our promise is to **optimize** our clients' real estate investments by enabling them to achieve the best returns while handling the daily management and hassles associated with **short-term rentals**. Currently, we manage over **30 million euros in real estate assets** and are experiencing strong growth. To support our development and allow us to focus on this growth, we need support with operational tasks.

**Position**: Operational Manager

**Contract Type**: 40 hours per week

**Compensation**: €1500 per month

**When**: As soon as possible

As a Operational Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations. You will work closely with the founders and be involved in various operational and administrative tasks. The position is hybrid, including on-site missions and remote work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Back office administration
- Active participation in various company projects and topics
- Support to the founders in daily concierge management
- In-person guest reception (check-in)
- Communication with guests to address their needs and questions
- Coordination of cleaning teams
- Small on-site tasks in case of issues with properties

**Profile Sought**:

- Resourceful, responsible, and meticulous
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to find solutions
- Ambitious, with a strong desire to progress and contribute to the company's success
- Fluent in French and English

**Additionally**:

- Owns a vehicle
- Speaks French and English

Fondée fin 2023, Airnest est une société de gestion immobilière dynamique basée à Lisbonne. Notre promesse est **d'optimiser** les investissements immobiliers de nos clients en leur permettant d'obtenir les meilleurs rendements, tout en absorbant la gestion quotidienne et les tracas liés à la **location courte durée**. Actuellement, nous gérons plus de **30 millions d'euros d'actifs immobiliers** et connaissons une forte croissance. Afin de soutenir notre développement et de pouvoir nous focaliser sur cette croissance, nous avons besoin d'un soutien sur les tâches opérationnelles.

**Poste**: Manager Opérationnel Polyvalent

**Type de Contrat**: 40 heures par semaine

**Rémunération**: 1500€ par mois

**Description du Poste**: En tant que Manager Opérationnel Polyvalent, vous serez au cœur du réacteur. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs et serez impliqué dans diverses tâches opérationnelles et administratives. Le poste est hybride, incluant des missions sur le terrain ainsi que du télétravail.

**Responsabilités**:

- Back office admin
- Participation active à divers projets et sujets de l’entreprise
- Soutien aux fondateurs dans la gestion quotidienne de la conciergerie
- Accueil en personne des guests (check-in)
- Communication avec les guests pour répondre à leurs besoins et questions
- Coordination des équipes de ménages
- Petites missions sur le terrain en cas de problèmes sur les propriétés

**Profil Recherché**:

- Débrouillard, responsable et rigoureux
- Âme d'entrepreneur avec une capacité à trouver des solutions
- Français et anglais courant

**En plus**:

- Véhiculé
- Parle Anglais et Portugais (un plus)
