**About the job**
- This role will support the Human Resources Business Partners on the Young Talent Program
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Identify young talents profiles and their expectations
- Define and organize a rotational program cross countries and clusters for our young talents
- Leveraging on existing HR tools, define and produce dashboard with relevant metrics to monitor the population in scope with multiple lenses, including but not limited to turnover, mobility, compensation, recruitment and diversity
- Leverage on other HR teams including benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, employee data management, compensation, mobility, etc. to suggest enhancements to the program
- Provide the Regional & Central HR Business Partners with regular updates on overall program progress, point of attentions, proposed program enhancements
- Perform regular follow up with young talents to assess their expectations, career management, etc.
- Liaise with the HR development team and the Senior Leadership team to define and implement development programs (trainings and certifications) for young talent
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Financial Services or a similar areas and with HR core processes
- Fluency in English is required
- Good comand of MS Office Excel
