**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**
- A skilled professional that will help us to ensure a culture of Ethics & Compliance and work across regions and projects
- You will contribute to the Ethics & Compliance Programme, analyse data and provide insights in our programmes and offer support activities transversally to the team
- Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the role focuses on data analysis and administrative and support activities related to Ethics & Compliance.

- Participate in Ethics & Compliance projects and contribute to the implementation of an effective Ethics & Compliance programme
- Contribute to building a strong Speak Up culture and developing third party oversight in Solvay related to ethics & compliance matters
- Support the compliance officers with data extraction and trends regarding incident reporting: providing lists, reports, comparative tables, trends, specific details and insights.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance training and certification: liaise with the service provider, review courses, adapt and refine content, review corrections and translations, develop tools on You Grow with SBS (e-learning platform), follow up on training completion and on certification, and aggregate data
- Contribute to the analysis of customers/suppliers/audit questionnaires in order to develop developing standard procedures to reply to these requests
- Assist the compliance officers in completing minutes and keeping records in the context of new regulatory requirements and audits
- Follow up on the GETS tool: improvements, updates and communication related to gifts, donations and sponsorship
- Update the Ethics & Compliance platform system in view of the new whistleblowing regulation in different countries and languages, support the update in Navex (service provider)
- Support the compliance officers in the analysis of reports related to due diligence and ethical standards of third parties (Ethixbase)
- Update ethics & compliance related topics on the website and the Ethics Helpline in collaboration with Communication and Navex (service provider)
- Contribute to the implementation of the new EU whistleblowing directive
- Provide support to the privacy and trade compliance officers
- Help prepare slides for Board and Audit committee and other business reports
- Daily administrative support: budget and invoices, meetings/agenda, IT requests, PO requests and follow up

**You will bring**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Experience with data platform and data analysis
- Experience with support and administrative activities
- Data oriented, being able to draw a bigger picture based on data
- Able to work with platforms and systems
- Able to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of powerpoint and excel
