**Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Receiving and Inspection**:
- Receive shipments of cannabis products and materials.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages to relevant stakeholders.
**Storage and Inventory Management**:
- Properly store cannabis products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and fill out all the paperwork.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
**Picking and Packing**:
- Accurately and efficiently pick orders based on picking lists or instructions.
- Safely and appropriately pack orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with packaging regulations.
- Label packages with necessary information, including product identifiers and warnings.
**Shipping**:
- Prepare shipments for delivery.
**Quality Control and Compliance**:
- Follow GMP guidelines and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements governing the handling and storage of cannabis products.
- Participate in regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
**Safety and Security**:
- Safely and effectively operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow appropriate safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Monitor security measures to prevent unauthorized access to cannabis products and materials.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with GMP principles and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
