**Job Description** Overview**: As a Business Analyst specializing in Finance, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, with a specific focus on financial processes and Finance IT System. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze impact, risk, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Requirements Gathering**:

- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and data requirements.
- Elicit and document clear, comprehensive, and unambiguous business requirements related to financial system and processes.
- ** System Integration and Enhancement**:

- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for financial systems.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of financial system enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting purposes.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline financial workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize financial processes.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:

- Effectively communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and overall business objectives.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relevant analytical tools.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience of managing finance systems.
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
