We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and department for controlling, procurement and administrative tasks. This is more or less a dual role combining comprehensive administrative support with financial control functions, which will be the bigger portion of this job.

**Your contribution to something big**:

- Business planning and financial controlling in collaboration with the manager;
- Capital Expenditure planning and controlling;
- Generation and analysis of financial reports;
- Ordering of equipment, material, licences, for all department;
- Administrative support.

**Qualifications** What distinguishes you**:

- ** Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- ** Experience**:experience in controlling and administrative tasks are a plus.
- ** Know how**:Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience in SAP is a plus.
- ** Languages**:English (proficient level).
- ** Working Style and Methods**:Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- ** Personality**:You are motivated to improve by continuous learning.
