The Chef de Partie's main responsibilities are to ensure the activities of the kitchen service, complying with the established standards and procedures, in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service. VILA VITA Portugal is a company with a solid and well-established family history in luxury hospitality and fine dining, operating several accommodation and catering units, including a collection of exclusive Villas, the VILA VITA SPA By SISLEY, our luxury Boutiques - V-LIFE Shops and several leading restaurants. We operate on the stage of luxury hospitality, where exquisiteness, beauty, stimulating sensations and exceeding expectations are present at all times and in everything we do. The catering here has also been carefully prepared, with a total of 12 restaurants - ranging from relaxed meals served by the sea, composed of traditional Portuguese dishes, to unique gastronomic creations in our two Michelin-starred restaurant - diversity is therefore the key to our gastronomic philosophy, and 8 bars. Our impressive wine cellar, with over 11,000 bottles, guarantees the perfect accompaniment wherever guests dine. In this role you will perform: - Kitchen service activities, complying with established standards and procedures in order to guarantee the provision of an excellent service;
- Functions in accordance with HACCP standards;
- Duties in accordance with luxury hospitality standards;
- Mise en plase;
- Recipe interpretation;
- Food preparation and associated products;
- Dividing prepared food into portions;
- Food preparation and decoration;
- Cleaning and organizing service benches. We expect you to have: - Passion for the job, dedication, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Attention to detail, friendliness, dynamism, willpower and a desire to be more and better professionally at all times;
- Fundamental knowledge of kitchen production;
- Passion for cooking and plating food and associated products;
- Technical cooking course at hotel schools;
- Experience in kitchen production;
- Experience in Fine Dining restaurants;
- Good knowledge of H.A.C.C.P. Passionate about Talent
