Kelly is recruiting **WMS Specialist** for a global, privately-owned company, located in Lisbon.

As a WMS L&D Specialist at HAVI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of warehouse management systems for our Distribution Centers. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of the WMS solution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, including user manuals, guides, and presentations, tailored to the specific needs of each DC and their WMS configuration.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for client personnel, including warehouse staff, supervisors, and managers, to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the WMS functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to align training activities with project timelines and milestones.
- Customize training programs based on the unique requirements and workflows of each client's warehouse environment.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to users following the WMS implementation, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in WMS technology and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.
- Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and enhance user satisfaction with the WMS solution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Portuguese and English (professional)
- Previous experience working with warehouse management systems, preferably in a training or implementation capacity.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed for training sessions and support activities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with specific WMS platforms, such as WMS INFOR
Prior experience in client-facing roles, particularly in the logistics or supply chain industry.
