Are you a gracious and welcoming individual with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality? We're in search of a Restaurant Hostess to join our culinary team and be the face of our establishment, ensuring that each guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit.
- Manage guest reservations, efficiently seating and organizing tables while maintaining an awareness of table turnover.
- Coordinate closely with the serving staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for our guests.
- Attend to guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodation needs, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean reception area, including handling coats and personal belongings.
- Monitor the dining room to ensure all guests are promptly attended to and enjoy a comfortable dining experience.
- Bid farewell to guests as they depart, expressing appreciation for choosing our restaurant.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, seeking resolutions and improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage guest flow during peak dining times.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully and remain composed.
- Familiarity with reservation and seating management systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bartender - Craft Cocktails and Elevate Guest Experiences

We're on the lookout for a talented Bartender to join our team and craft exceptional cocktails that leave a lasting impression on our guests. If you have a creative flair, a deep knowledge of spirits, and a commitment to providing top-notch service, we want you behind our bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve a diverse range of expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink.
- Engage with guests, recommend cocktails, and provide exceptional customer service, making each visit a memorable experience.
- Maintain a well-organized bar area, including inventory management, stocking, and cleanliness.
- Develop and update cocktail menus, staying current with industry trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to legal regulations and promoting the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to coordinate drink orders and deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders and barbacks, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender, showcasing a deep understanding of mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer, with a passion for crafting unique and innovative drinks.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Impeccable attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: 1,200.00€ per month
