We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
**What you will be doing**:

- User onboarding (assistance in creating new accounts);
- Logistics (assisting users with orders);
- Technical assistance (troubleshooting the app, card reader and accessories);
- Financial (assisting users with questions about transactions, deposits, activity reports).

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **German language (must be at least C1**)
- Communicative level of **English language **( **at least B2**)
- **You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**What we offer**
- full time contract
- **Salary without accommodation: 1310 euros gross / month**:

- Salary with accommodation (**discounted accommodation provided by the company **in Lisbon) : 990 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

**CONTRACT**:

- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
