**About This Job**:
A Data Entry & Content Management Specialist is a problem solver and approach leadership when needed if the problem involves cost to the business. This role monitors the quality of hotel and property images ensuring they meet high standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hotel Matching (Mapping a property to right resort group)
- Room mapping (grouping many vendor rooms from a single resort, into a common naming scheme)
- Create Resort Group (Create a profile that is not yet found in the database)
- Fixing Hotel & Room Mismatches (correcting a vendor resort mismatch)
- Handling Name Changes (update profile when resort changes its name
- Add/Remove/update hotel content and images
- Monitor and address inventory bug ticketing alerts
- Items - These items may include assisting the other areas in operations fulfillment when there is a business need.
- Booking Quality Assurance
- Booking changes such as cancelations, name changes, and others
- Comunication exchange with Suppliers related to booking confirmations or other issues

**Requirements**:

- Requires strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook)
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects/activities
- High School Diploma
- Must have high attention to detail and strong written and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to schedule requirements
- Willingness to follow direction and work in rapid pace, changing environment
- Proficient and clear English written and spoken language
- Work experience within the travel industry (preferred)
- Possess problem solving skills (preferred)
- Good time management skills (preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Salary - 850€ / month

**Remote Work Requirements**:

- Must be a currently supported version of **PC**, or Laptop (**NO** Chrome Book or Tablets permitted)
- Windows 10 or MAC High Sierra or Mojave
- CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
- RAM: 4 GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 500gb with 250MB free space
- **Internet** with 30Mbps Upload and 30Mbps Download for VoIP (Ethernet connection is a must)
- **Headset** USB with Noise Canceling, similar to Plantronics C3220 or Jabra ENC010
- **USB Camera** or in-Built laptop camera
