- IT support (hardware and software);
- User Management (AD) + O365.

**PROFILE**:

- Academic qualifications at the level of the 12th year;
- Professional experience of more than 1 year in similar functions;
- Professional experience in Service Desk;
- Good knowledge in O365 Management;
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and autonomy.
