**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung von Partnern und Kunden einer der größten Social Media Platformen aus den Bereichen **Regierung**, **Politik**, **Non-Profit **und anderen Interessensgruppen;
- Kontakt per **E-Mail, Chat**, sowie auch durch **Outbound Anrufe **unter Absprache mit dem Klienten, um schnellere Problemlösung zu ermöglichen;
- Beratung, Schulung und Unterstützung des Kunden durch Lösen von Fragen im operativen, technischen, finanziellen, sowie produktspeziefischen Bereich;
- Identifizieren von potenziellen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Optimierung;
- Anwendung unterschiedlichster Tools (MX Excel, Salesforce);
- Verbindung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens, um reibungslose Kommunikation der Partner mit diesen zu ermöglichen.

**Profil des Bewerbers**:

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 oder Muttersprache);
- Obere Mittelstufe der englischen Sprache (B1);
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Einstellung und Arbeitsweise;
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Aufgaben in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu bewältigen.
