**Company Description**
Founded in 2007, **Akuo Energy** is an IPP (independent power producer) of renewable and distributed energy, established in fifteen countries around the world.

The Group is present across the entire value chain: development, financing, construction and operation of solar, wind and storage power plants.

Since its creation, Akuo has promoted a decentralized and sustainable energy model in order to meet the needs of the territories, by developing in 2011 the first power plants in Agrinergie® (known as "agrivoltaic") which combine renewable energy production with sustainable agriculture.

**Akuo Renováveis Portugal** was created in 2018, and in 2019 it was the biggest winner in the first solar auction, breaking the world record lowest bid, 14,76€/MWh. Currently we are 14 people in Lisbon with c.1GW secured pipeline.

We are looking for a **Project Finance Analyst** for a 6-months contract, that will help on the project financing of a c.400MWp solar Portfolio (the Himalaya portfolio).

You will be part of the execution team that will deliver the akuo’s biggest solar portfolio.

**Your task**:

- Update and run financial models as necessary;
- Support on the financial documentation negotiation (review and structure);
- Review of the due diligence reports;
- Contact with local stakeholders to execute the transaction (local banks/agents/interbolsa/advisors/etc);
**Qualifications**
- You are a problem solver coming from an Engineering/Maths/Business/Management or similar background;
- You have already gained professional experience after graduation (6 months to 2 years).
- You have already studied/worked within an international environment.
- You have strong interest in the Renewable Energy sector;
- You are characterized by a systematic, analytical approach and goal orientation.
- You have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- You are open to the idea of regular business trips (national/international).
- Business-fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese. French is a plus.
