**What we’re looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:
Optimisations of business processes
Sets success metrics for epics, issues and tracks post-launch metrics
Researches and defines category vision and strategy
Ensures the product completeness
Evaluates potential and fitting products for acquisition by AUTODOC
Develops the programme vision and roadmap
Creates and manages the product backlog
Defines releases and programme increments
Identifies the potential risks to the product's success and develops contingency plans to mitigate them

Required Experience:
Ability to build rapport with stakeholders to align around priorities
A strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
Ability to perform extensive market research to determine what type of products consumers need
Familiar with prioritisation frameworks
Can ensure the solution is viable
Adaptability and flexibility
Understands and uses SEO fundamentals
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
Understands how to lead products to success
Has deep knowledge in the appropriate area

Delivers small products with little-no bugs on time
Chooses correct User Science tools
Knowledge of standard product management tools specified by project needs (Amplitude, BI tools, Balsamiq, Google Analytics, etc.)
Ability to determine the ideas that should be worked on
Understands the User journey
Collaborates with Architect to understand enabler work
Ensures product completeness
Defines releases and program increments
Conducts market research and gathers customer insights
Drives squad strategy - with no/mínimal help
Drives multi-squad/zone strategy - with some help
Researches and defines category vision and strategy
Understands and uses product validation techniques

Leadership:
Communicates clearly in meetings
Participates actively in group meetings
Ability to influence and persuade people
Solves potential problems with other squads/functions and avoids unnecessary conflict
Writes and gives big presentations - with the help
Leads effective brainstorming with others
Familiar with Scaled Frameworks
Provides leadership and direction through Group and/or Senior Managers
Heads a large or key function with a direct impact on business unit performance
Provides leadership and direction through Group and/or Senior Managers

Functional:
Sets timelines, define milestones and track progress.
Delivers major products with little-no bugs on time
Follows the implementation and delivery schedule
Creates BRD, PRD, and Specifications
Setts success metrics for epics, issues and tracking post-launch metrics
Traces a user issue (or set of issues) back to the underlying problem
Ability to analyse product performance data, and identify trends in the market
Story writing and bug/features writing (for example, SMART Tasks Description and so on)
Writes specs/stories for big features and small products with little-no errors
Brainstorms constructively with others
Provides the best solution for the product and defends product management point of view

Cross-Functional:
Resolves conflicts and handles difficult conversations with stakeholders from different departments.
Articulates business logic to technical partners
Anticipates implementation challenges with a particular proposal
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, sales and so on
Uses survey tools successfully and without bias
Empathizes with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand their needs
Leads in-person or remote interviews without bias
Uses remote usability testing successfully and without bias
Analyses feedback from users and the team to improve the product
Presents product updates and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders
Influences the priorities of other squads/functions
