Ready for a short-term challenge?

We are currently seeking Temporary Credit Control Specialists (f/m/d) to join our client's team remotely.

**What can you expect from us?**
- Full-time contract with Kelly.

**Workplace**: Home-based
**Note**: You may be required to attend the office for specific situations; the office is situated in Porto.

**Schedule**: between 09 am and 06 pm, from Monday to Friday with 2 Saturdays per month.

**What will be expected from you?**
Contact dealers to request the late payment of invoices and redirect to the internal Credit Control team for any issues.

**What do you need to have?**
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
- Previous experience in customer contact, ideally within collections.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
