Project Manager

**Job Purpose**

**A glimpse of your daily mission**
- Leads specific Projects identified by Management: from the Order breakdown/entry to the signature of the Installation Report.
- Visit to the customer's site: Adapting the logístical approach to the specifics of the customer's site.
- Participates in the Tender Project Review with Sales and Prospects.
- Promotes Haworth's project management services, including reconfigurations, asset management, recycling, storage and warehousing, refresh, move management, space planning, and more, with the aim of not only retaining customer loyalty but also generating substantial service revenues.
- Works closely with Sales teams and Customer Service to attend to service calls warranty requests from the customers.
- Provides Feedback on all possible improvements observed on the installation site: product, packaging, delivery, documentation, etc.

**Your Qualifications**
- Degree in university: Project Management or / Business school degree.
- Project Management experience, ideally in office furniture industry - minimum of 5 years.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with internal externals customers.
- Fluent in Portuguese and good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
