**Overview**
We are looking for a Business Project Manager, resident in Portugal with fluency in English, for one of the biggest brands in the justice sector. In this role, you will be responsible for high-level coordination of an Agile development project.
**What are we looking for?**
- Proficiency of the employee in understanding, speaking, and writing the Portuguese language, in accordance with levels A1-C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages, as adopted by the Council of Europe. This requirement is considered fulfilled for employees whose native language is Portuguese;
- Possession of higher education or equivalent academic qualifications;
- Employee's experience in the specified job profile;
- Employee's experience in projects related to Criminal Investigation, the judicial system, or justice, with a minimum duration of 4 months in 2 projects;
- Employee's experience in complex information system development projects involving multiple components and suppliers, with a minimum duration of 4 months in 3 project;
- Employee's experience in web solution development projects using PHP technology (excluding maintenance or technical support for existing solutions);
- Knowledge/background in development, understanding how a software "factory" should function and be organized is crucial. Additionally, sensitivity to the client's business/operations is important;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager.
**Nice to have**:
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent ability to manage complex situations with numerous stakeholders;
- Some experience in the justice sector
