**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **German or Danish or Norwegian speaking Content Moderator** to join our Content Integrity team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and standards. As a Content Moderator, you will contribute to shaping the online experience of millions of users by promoting a positive and inclusive digital community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Review**:

- Evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Enforce community guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment.
- **Decision Making**:

- Make fair and consistent decisions on content moderation, considering context and nuances.
- Identify and escalate issues that may require additional attention or action.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate moderation policies clearly and professionally to users when necessary.
