Procuramos um **B2B Horeca Account Specialist** para reforçar a nossa equipa de Horeca (Hotéis, Restaurantes e Cafetarias) no canal B2B (Business to Business), no Algarve. Irás reportar ao B2B Horeca Sales Manager da Nespresso e terás como principal missão a gestão e expansão do território assignado, potenciando as vendas e garantindo um serviço de qualidade aos clientes. Enquanto B2B Horeca Account Specialist atuarás de acordo com os valores e princípios fundamentais da Nespresso.

**UM DIA NA VIDA DE UM B2B HORECA ACCOUNT SPECIALIST**
- Prospeção de novos clientes;
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias e planos de crescimento para o território;
- Construir e manter relação sólida com clientes;
- Compreender as necessidades do cliente e fornecer soluções personalizadas;
- Acompanhar e monitorizar a performance da conta e analisar KPIs;
- Garantir a rendibilidade do território alocado;
- Acompanhar muito proximamente os clientes estratégicos;
- Analisar e conhecer o mercado, nomeadamente o seu desenvolvimento e tendências;
- Compreender o mercado B2B, recolher insights sobre os principais fornecedores e do consumidor por meio da implementação e domínio de todas as ferramentas analíticas de mercado disponíveis.

**O QUE TE FARÁ TER SUCESSO**
- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Marketing ou similar
- Carta de condução válida
- Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência profissional em B2B canal Horeca, com experiência comercial comprovada em gestão de carteira de clientes no Algarve
- Bons conhecimentos de Excel
- Fluência em Inglês (falado e escrito)
- Excelente orientação para os resultados e para o serviço
- Fortes competências de planeamento e organização
- Boa capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe
- Sentido crítico e apetência para a identificação e resolução de problemas
- Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e para colaborar com diferentes intervenientes
