**Job Description** The Team**

Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will extensively be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.

**How do you fit in?**
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Review product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

**Required skills and qualifications**
- 1-2 or more years of experience in product development
- Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps Services, Trello or JIRA
- knowledge of agile methodology for project management
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Foundation communication, presentation, and leadership potential
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and report KPIs to program leaders
- Contribute to NPS survey delivery and respond to feedback

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
