We are growing our sales operation team and looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator located in Porto, Portugal. We are looking for someone who has a passion to solve problems, translate the complex into simple, and be the authority on all things pertaining to company metrics and building out our Salesforce. You will work with the executive team, sales team, customer success, growth, marketing, and finance teams to create unparalleled value for our business.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

You will perform, organize, and streamline sales operations by leveraging technology and high attention to detail while monitoring for problems, taking immediate action where possible, and escalating when needed;

Implement and manage Salesforce CRM changes to ensure optimized workflows and reporting for the sales, finance, and marketing teams

Create focused dashboards, metrics, and reports to support corporate initiative;

Executing key sales operations tasks to support the overall objectives of the business;

Serve as a Salesforce administrator and identify opportunities for process improvement.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or Information Technology related or relevant professional experience;

3+ years of operations experience, preferably in sales or professional services;

Experience with Salesforce CRM administration;

Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and remote working environment;

Experience with Metrics, Excel, Dashboards, and Reports;

Are fluent in English.

Detail-oriented, solutions/process-focused, and a team player;

Proficient in Salesforce to ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment;

Salesforce Admin Certification (would be a plus);

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
