**Location**: Algarve, Faro (for the region Faro-Tavira)

As a **Marketing Specialist at Engel & Völkers Faro-Tavira**, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving strategic marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing comprehensive marketing and digital communication strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives.
- Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, to drive lead generation.
- Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends in the real estate industry and leveraging them to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with other teams to create compelling content for social media, websites, landing pages, and other advertising media.
- Creating marketing material such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Activation of properties on the real estate portals and CRM, ensuring their quality and updates;
- Video editing and Youtube
- Presenting innovative ideas to the sales team and other operational departments to streamline sales processes and enhance marketing strategies.
- Providing support to the sales team on various marketing-related tasks and projects.
- Researching to identify new marketing opportunities and elevate our team's capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Native or proficient in English and Portuguese (proficiency in other languages is advantageous).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ambition, dynamism, competitiveness, and proactive behavior.
- Exhibits a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
- Possesses a creative mindset, capable of generating innovative and effective ideas.
- Proficient in Google AdWords and experienced in setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Skilled in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns Monitor.
- Keenly aware of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Capable of producing high-quality content punctually, with meticulous attention to detail, and tailored to a specific target audience.
- Maintains a friendly and professional manner with a confident and approachable demeanor.
